Streamlight introduced the lightweight, high lumen, ProTac 1L-1AA. The latest compact addition to the ProTac series of tactical lights offers the added convenience of using either one CR123A or AA lithium battery, or an easy-to-source AA alkaline battery. Its size and "dual fuel" options make it the perfect Everyday Carry (EDC) light.

The ProTac 1L-1AA uses a high power C4® LED to deliver up to 350 lumens, depending on the battery source selected. Offering high, low and strobe settings, it features a TEN-TAP® programmable switch that allows user selection of one of three different programs: high/strobe/low (factory default); high only; or low/high.

When using one 3 Volt CR123A lithium battery, the ProTac 1L-1AA on High provides 6,400 candela and 350 lumens over a 160-meter distance, with a runtime of one hour and 30 minutes. On the Low setting, the light delivers 720 candela, a 53-meter distance and 40 lumens, with a runtime of 14 hours.

With a AA Alkaline or AA Lithium battery inserted, the light on High provides 2,750 candela, 150 lumens and a 105-meter beam distance; on Low, it offers 720 candela and 40 lumens over 53 meters. Runtimes on the High setting are 1 hour and 20 minutes with a AA Alkaline, and 4 hours and 15 minutes with a AA Lithium battery; on Low, they are 7 hours and 30 minutes and 14 hours, respectively. The Strobe setting runs for up to 8 hours.

The light features a multi-function, pushbutton tactical tail switch, which allows for one-handed operation of the momentary, variable intensity or strobe settings. Fabricated from 6000 series machined aluminum with a black anodized finish, the light features a high temperature, impact-resistant Boro Float glass lens. The ProTac 1L-1AA measures 4.25 inches in length and weighs 2.5 ounces with an included CR123A battery, and 2.8 ounces with an included AA alkaline battery.

The new light is rated IPX7 for waterproof operation to 1 meter for 30 minutes and is impact resistant tested to 2 meters. Packaged with a removable pocket clip and holster, it comes with Streamlight's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The ProTac HL 4 is powered by either four included 3V CR123A lithium batteries, with a shelf life of up to 10 years, or two of Streamlight's new Lithium Ion 18650 rechargeable batteries. Streamlight also offers an 18650 Battery Charger that can recharge either one or two batteries simultaneously, and permits charging through either AC/DC or USB power sources.

Fabricated from 6000 series machined aircraft aluminum with an anodized finish, the light features a multi-function, push-button tail switch that permits one-handed operation of momentary, variable intensity or strobe modes. Its "sure grip" rubber sleeve and included lanyard ensure that users will never lose their grip.

Streamlight has expanded its ProTac® family with two new gun-mounted tactical lights, the ProTac Rail Mount 1 and ProTac Rail Mount 2.
The new, low-profile models both feature rugged, integrated rail clamps that securely attach to rifles, carbines and sub-machine guns with a MIL-STD-1913 (Picatinny) rail. Both lights come with both remote pressure and standard push-button tail switches, and the Rail Mount 1 offers the added convenience of using either one lithium or one easy-to-source AA alkaline battery.

The new lights use a high power C4 LED to deliver blinding white light and a TIR optic that provides a concentrated beam with optimum peripheral illumination. Offering high, low and strobe settings, both lights feature a TEN-TAP programmable switch that allows user selection of one of three different programs: high/strobe (factory default); high only; or low/high.

On its high setting, the ProTac Rail Mount 2 delivers 625 lumens, 22,000 candela, a 297-meter beam distance and a run time of two hours. It operates from two 3 volt CR123A lithium batteries.

The "dual fuel" ProTac Rail Mount 1 accepts either one 3V CR123A lithium battery or one AA alkaline battery, depending on availability or user preference. When using a lithium battery, it delivers 350 lumens and 12,000 candela over 219 meters on high. With an alkaline battery inserted, it provides 150 lumens and 4,950 candela over 141 meters on high. Run times for the high setting are 1 hour and 45 minutes with a lithium battery, and one hour and 30 minutes with a AA alkaline battery.

Both lights mount to a broad range of weapons safely and securely by means of a one-handed snap on and tighten interface that permits users to keep their hands away from the gun muzzle. Each light can be operated with either a multi-function, push-button tactical switch or a dual remote pressure switch with latching push-button. Both switches allow for one-handed operation of the momentary, variable intensity or strobe settings. The new models are fabricated from 6000 series machined aluminum with a black anodized finish and feature a high temperature, impact-resistant Boro Float glass lens. The ProTac Rail Mount 1 measures 4.25 inches in length and weighs 4.3 ounces with an included CR123A battery and 4.5 ounces with an included AA alkaline battery. The Rail Mount 2 measures 5 inches in length and weighs five ounces.

With the standard push-button switch installed, both lights are rated IPX7 for waterproof operation to 1 meter for 30 minutes; the lights are IPX4 rated for water-resistant operation when the remote switch is installed. Extensively live fire tested, the lights feature an impact-resistant construction and an operating temperature of -40°F to +120°F.

The ProTac Rail Mount 1 and 2 each comes with a remote pressure switch, push-button tail cap switch, remote retaining clips, double-sided tape and zip ties. The Rail Mount 1 also includes one AA alkaline and one CR123A lithium battery, while the Rail Mount 2 includes two CR123A lithium batteries. Both lights come with Streamlight's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Featuring a narrow footprint and a telescoping extension pole, the Portable Scene Light can be used almost anywhere by first
responders and other professionals for scene lighting purposes, from wide, open places to tight, confined work areas.

The Portable Scene Light uses six C4 LEDs and wide-pattern parabolic reflectors to provide two selectable beam widths and three levels of light intensity, ranging from a super-bright flood beam to a low setting with ultra-long run times. The light features a rotating head that can be extended on a telescoping pole to an overall height of 72 inches, supported by stabilizing legs that can be quickly deployed and locked to provide balance on uneven surfaces. The light also features a 90 degree swivel neck, enabling users to aim the light beam precisely where it is needed for task lighting purposes.

On the high setting, the light delivers an incredibly bright 5,300 and a four-hour run time, over a beam distance of 410 meters. On medium, it provides 2,500 lumens, nine hours of run time and a beam distance of 292 meters. On low, the light runs for 18 hours and offers 1,300 lumens, and a beam distance of 215 meters. A selectable diffuser permits users to choose between the two beam widths, which are available with all three lighting modes.

The Portable Scene Light is powered by a zero-maintenance 12 volt, 14.4 Ah sealed lead acid battery that is rechargeable up to 500 times. The light can be charged to 90 percent of its capacity in 10 hours. Red and green LEDs provide charge status feedback. The light also will run indefinitely by plugging the included remote 10-foot power cord into a DC power source; an AC adapter is also included. A toggle switch allows users to switch between the battery and power source modes of operation.

Constructed from high-impact thermoplastic housing, the Portable Scene Light offers weatherproof construction. It features an IP67 design for dust-tight and waterproof operation to 1 one meter for 30 minutes. The light also is engineered to resist 40 MPH winds continuous in all directions with its head fully extended.
