When and Where We Meet
We meet the first Wednesday of each month (except July and
August) at 7:30 PM at the North Terrace Pond Clubhouse on Westmont and Terrace (approximately 6
blocks south of North Avenue and 3 blocks west of Addison in Villa Park. Annual dues are $30. Visitors or prospective new members are welcome. If you are interested in attending

Club Activities:
The Villa Park Sportsman's Club is a family oriented club that encourages fishing and hunting opportunities for young and old alike. Some highlights are:
"Kids only" fishing derby in June (prizes awarded)
Tackle raffles at every meeting
Fishing outings/trips (Lake Michigan, Lake Erie, plus local lakes and rivers)
Members and speakers at meetings provide information on methods and gear
Beginners welcome
Scheduled Events:
February 11: Ice Fishing Derby: We’ll dig the holes in the ice. There will be lots o f fun and prizes for the kids
April 5: General Meeting
May 3: General Meeting
June 7: General Meeting
June 10: Kids Fishing Derby at the clubhouse pond. Volunteers are needed to help with setup and running the events.
August 13: VPSC Family Picnic - The Annual VPSC Family Picnic will be held at our ‘North Terrace Pond Clubhouse’ on Westmont and Terrace. The picnic is open to all members and their family including kids and grandkids. We will begin gathering at 11:00 AM, food served about 2:00 PM, cleanup and close at 6:00 PM. The club will provide hamburgers, brats, corn, potato salad, coffee, soda, and water. Bring a side dish or desert to share. If you have a portable grill please bring it. We’ll need a head count. Bring your fishing tackle.

November 1: General Meeting
December 6: This will be our Club Christmas Party for the members. Bring a dish to share. The club will supply ham, sodas, and coffee.
