The Lake Ontario Charter Boat Association , LOCBA, is a group of professional charter captains fishing the waters of Lake Ontario.

The association has over 90 active charter captains and member friends.

Charter Captains must adhere to strict guidelines set up by the U.S.C.G, all captains are licensed professional guides.

The association and its members actively participate and support net pen projects, children's fishing activities , and local derbies.
