Buck X-Tract Multi-Tool #730The X-Tract is a multi-function tool with 1-hand access to everything, as specified by Buck collaborator and world renowned Mountaineer, Peter Whittaker. The X-Tract has just the tools you need--all at your fingertips. Buck Parallex Frame Lock # 316 The Buck Parallex Frame Lock 316 is a slim, 1-hand open/close, frame lock folder with contemporary styling. The curved, open-channel handle has finger groove and sculpted, geometrically shaped windows as a design element that also reduces weight. A lanyard hole is integrated into handle.
Geometrically shaped “windows” (lightening holes) in the handle add to the styling and, more importantly, they reduce the overall weight. The one at the butt-end of the handle serves as a lanyard hole. Blades are made of 420HC stainless steel, heat-treated to Rc 58 for hardness and corrosion-resistance.
As with all Buck knives, the Parallex blades are finished with Buck’s advanced Edge2x technology, which makes them sharper out of the box, hold an edge longer and easier to re-sharpen. And, of course, they are backed by Buck’s 4-Ever Warranty
